We test every batch of our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to ensure a proper acidity/alkalinity (pH) balance. VitalBulk does not simply test for color and taste, we take our efforts a step further to ensure a consistent product that performs exceptionally to the end of its shelf life. This †pH assured level makes our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar ideal for use as a catalyst agent for inorganic minerals.

Our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar appears cloudy in nature and will form the mother of vinegar over time. The suspended particles are a natural part of our delicate Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Vigorous shaking will disperse most of these suspended particles.
††Our packaging starts with a black bisphenol A (BPA) free HDPE bottle that protects the apple cider vinegar from damaging oxygen and ultra-violet light. The Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is further protected by flushing with inert nitrogen gas and an inner and outer tamper evident seal.
